PUBLIC DISPLAY ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (EIA) OF THE Proposed 11,000M3 LPG AND WHITE PRODUCT STORAGE FACILITY AT IFIEKPOBA, WARRI-SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, DELTA STATE BY SHAFA ENERGY LIMITED

In accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Act CAP E12 LFN 2004, which makes it mandatory for proponents of all new major development activities to carry out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of their proposed projects, the Federal Ministry of Environment hereby announces twenty–one (21) working days Public Display for the draft EIA report submitted by Shafa Energy Limited. Brief Project Description:

The proposed project shall entail the installation of a 11,000m3 Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and White Product Storage Facility on a total land area of 34,000sqm with ancillary facilities such as LPG pumps and LPG Compressors shelter, Air Compressor Room, Tank truck loading pumps, fire water storage tank with pumping facilities located at Ifie village, along Refinery road in Warri South Local Government Area, Delta State.   Click to Download EIA for Shafa
