PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK, RESETTLEMENT POLICY FRAMEWORK, LABOUR MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES AND STAKEHOLDERS ENGAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED SOLUTIONS FOR THE INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS AND HOST COMMUNITIES PROJECT IN FIVE (5) STATES ADAMAWA, BENUE, BORNO, KATSINA AND YOBE BY FEDERAL MINISTRY OF BUDGET AND ECONOMIC PLANNING.
In accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Act Cap E12 LFN 2004, which makes it mandatory for proponents of all new major development activities to carry out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of their proposed projects, the Federal Ministry of Environment hereby announces a twenty–one (21) working days Public disclosure for information and comments on the ESMF, RPF, SEP & LMP submitted by Solutions for the internally Displaces Persons and Host Communities (SOLID) project.
The Disclosure Centers Are:
- Adamawa, Benue, Borno, Katsina & Yobe State Ministries of Environment;
- Federal Ministry of Environment Offices in ;Adamawa, Benue, Borno, Katsina & Yobe State
- Federal Ministry of Environment, Environment House (Brown Building), Independence Way-South, Central Business District, Abuja-FCT.

This proposed Solutions for the Internally Displaces and Host Communities (SOLID)” project is aimed at providing lasting solutions and enhance the state of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the five (5) benefiting states.
