PUBLIC DISPLAY ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (EIA) OF THE Proposed CONSTRUCTION OF A LIFE CAMP AND INFRASTRUCTURE AT POLO-CICO FARMS AND ESTATE AT EBOCHA, OGBA/NDONI/EGBEMA LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, RIVERS STATE BY POLO-CICO FARMING AND ESTATE LIMITED.
In accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Act CAP E12 LFN 2004, which makes it mandatory for proponents of all new major development activities to carry out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of their proposed projects, the Federal Ministry of Environment hereby announces twenty–one (21) working days Public Display for the draft EIA report submitted by Polo-Cico Farming and Estate Limited. Brief Project Description:
The proposed project involves the infrastructural development of a Life Camp which shall entail construction of Gate House, Lakeside Cottage, Sewage Tank, Water Reservoir, Staff Accommodation, Helipad Landing and other infrastructures on a land take of 61Ha as well as 2.5km Ring road located in Ebocha, Ogba/Ndoni/Egbema Local Government Area, Rivers State
