The proposed project entails the development of a Petrol Filling Station with 45,000 litres capacity on a land take of 100m by 80m along Birnin Kebbi Road, Adjacent to RTV Station Sokoto, Wamakko Local Government Area, Sokoto State. The facility is intended to provide petroleum products including Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) and Dual-Purpose Kerosene (DPK) to meet the increasing energy and transportation needs of motorists and the surrounding communities.
The draft EIA report be currently on Public display for 21 working days from 20th April – 18th May, 2026 for stakeholders information and comment.
